The control loop also includes an impulse transformer, which is connected between the temperature controller and the power supply terminals for the heat sealing band It supplies the band with the required power and is individually tailored to your application. If necessary, we can provide several secondary voltages, so that the transformer can be used for several different applications.
Our impulse transformer is specially designed for impulse sealing and is adapted to interact optimally with our temperature controllers. All impulse transformers have reinforced insulation between the primary and secondary sides.
