There’s a lot we can do to help you – yet we too are bound by the laws of physics. Impulse heating and cooling stresses the material and may cause damage to it if our design rules and recommended material combinations are ignored. Fatigue fractures, brittleness, burn marks, delamination etc. can occur, resulting in severe wear and premature failure.
The ideal “magic triangle” – heat, time and pressure – must be found.
