For each other, with each other: ROPEX hands over donation for the Bietigheim-Bissingen food bank.
In response to the current plight of many people, ROPEX GmbH has decided to make a contribution to the charitable Bietigheim-Bissingen food bank this year. The food bank commitment is a great help to many families, especially at Christmas time.
“Team Spirit” is one of the four corporate values that is not only emphasized within ROPEX Industrie-Elektronik GmbH. Even in social interaction and across business contacts, more can be achieved together than individually. Guided by this sense of community, it was important to the medium-sized company to make a donation to a social institution this year to support people on low incomes.
Managing Director Ralph Boehlke is of the opinion: “Whether as a private individual or as a company, each of us can actively contribute to our society and help our fellow human beings. This can be done in everyday dealings within the neighborhood, such as carrying the shopping or shovelling snow, or, as in our case, by providing financial support to a social institution.” He continues: “As a local company, it was particularly important to us to do something good for local people this year. We therefore decided not to give gifts to business partners and made a generous donation of 1000 euros to the food bank. We would like to thank all the socially committed people who make an offer like the food bank possible in the first place.”
The donation from ROPEX will help the Bietigheim-Bissingen food bank to continue its important work. The food bank is highly committed to helping needy families in the region. The store provides people on low incomes with reduced-price food for their daily needs. Since 2005, many people, associations and churches have been committed to making a positive contribution.
