In the course of a recent system changeover, emails were unfortunately sent to a few contacts who had previously opted out of receiving information. This error is, of course, not in line with our own standards for the responsible and respectful handling of your data.
We are aware of this incident and would like to apologize for it. We have carefully analyzed the cause and immediately corrected the error to prevent it from happening again.
Even with the utmost care, technical errors cannot always be completely avoided in everyday work. This makes it all the more important for us to deal with them transparently and learn from them.
