The following new firmware versions have been available for front panel devices since December 23, 2025:
• 5400.00.314 for RES-5200, RES-5400, and RES-5450
• 6400.00.314 for UPT-6400 and UPT-6450
Most important change (bug fix)
A bug has been fixed where the controller would get stuck in an endless loop after switching the display language to Turkish or Greek when switching on.
The error manifested itself as follows:
• Black display (backlight active)
• No response to buttons or input signals
• No communication with ROPEXvisual or ROPEXupdate
Notes on updating
• ROPEXupdate V2.11.1.0 contains the new firmware versions and is already available for download on our homepage.

Important note for devices already affected
Devices that have already been switched to Turkish or Greek and now only display a black screen cannot be put back into operation with ROPEXupdate.
These devices must be sent to us for a basic firmware update. You can initiate the process using the following form.
