The heat-sealing element is the main component in the sealing process. A heat-sealing element which is optimally adapted to the carrier design and the film properties is vital to the success of your impulse sealing system. Like ROPEX heat-sealing tools, our heat-sealing elements can be supplied either in straight versions or with 2D or 3D contours.
Your options are diverse: we allow you to adapt the design according to your machine concept, manufacturing of heat-sealing elements or optimization of the design for best sealing solutions. For new projects, we design and manufacture customized contoured heat-sealing elements and tools according to your specifications.
Sealing Samples: Testing your Films and Processes
Would you like to know how your film behaves with its parameters under real conditions? Our sealing samples provide you with precise data and recommendations for your needs. Whether it’s initial installation of the machine, material change, or retrofitting — we test in our laboratory and provide you with the correct parameters that can be applied to your application.

- Testing under laboratory conditions
- Comprehensive report with all parameters and documentation
- Optional:
- Tensile strength tests: A 15 mm wide strip is sealed, clamped, and pulled apart. The strength is measured in Newtons per 15 mm.
- Leakage detection tests: A bag with a sealing sample is put in a water bath and the chamber is evacuated – bubbles rise if there are any leaks. A video is provided.
Note:
Sealing samples (until approx. 3h effort) are free of charge when part of a project. Sealing sample studies with extended testing are charged separately on an hourly rate.
