ROPEX 从一家工程事务所起步，现已发展成为一家国际化企业。
ROPEX is founded by Robert Peters as an engineering and consulting company for measurement and control technology.

The RESISTRON series is continuously improved and now also features a temperature display. The 200 series is expanded to 15 different models with functionalities that meet a wide range of market requirements.

ROPEX is transformed into a limited liability company and trades as ROPEX-Industrie- Elektronik GmbH.
The circuits become digital – and microprocessors are now used in all ROPEX controls.
Research and development work is being carried out on heating elements using thick-film technology.
The result is highly dynamic heating elements based on steel substrates, for which various patent applications will be filed during the year.
It is decided to develop the 400 series of fully digitalized RESISTRON controllers. Special temperature controllers are also developed for our CIRUS sealing tools.
Launch of our “CIRUS” technology – with ULTRA-PULSE heat sealing tools and a wide range of silicone profiles for the counter bar and seam geometry.
A new production facility is being built specifically for our CIRUS technology to meet customer demands for larger dimensions, shorter delivery times and other groundbreaking innovations.
The first UPT sealing strip is manufactured in our new plant.
ROPEX wins the 2009 German Packaging Award in the “Machine Technology” category.
New generation of temperature controllers with a certified interface (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) for machine controls in complex networks.
ROPEX moves to new premises; two locations are combined into one.
UL certification for ROPEX temperature controllers with EtherNet/IP and PROFINET interface.
