Part 3 of 3: Troubleshooting

Note

This section shows error messages that may occur if the AUTOCAL function is not ended properly.

The errors are initially reported as warnings.

After the START signal is activated, the errors are reported as faults.

Error code

Analog signal voltage [V]1)

Cause

Measure during initial startup

Measure during operation, HB2) not changed

111

6.66/10

Current signal incorrect, calibration not possible

  1. Fault area 8, check configuration.
  1. Fault areas 4, 5 and 6 (loose contact)

112

7.33/10

Voltage signal incorrect, calibration not possible

  1. Fault area 7, check configuration.

113

8.00/10

Voltage/current signal incorrect, calibration not possible

  1. Fault areas 7 and 8, check configuration.

114

8.66/10

Temperature fluctuates, calibration not possible

  1. Perform AUTOCAL
  1. And/or fault areas 4, 5 and 6 (loose contact).

115

External calibration temperature range too high, calibration not possible

  1. Perform AUTOCAL with external calibration temperature ≤ 40 °C.

116

External calibration temperature fluctuates, calibration not possible

  1. Perform AUTOCAL with stable ext. calibration temperature.
1)

The voltage at the analog output alternates between the two values.
